Porque ellos serán citados

Me citan en un artículo sobre las Bienaventuranzas del Evangelio de San Mateo, del seminario teológico de Sudáfrica.

También me citan en varios artículos más que localizo gracias a Google Scholar. Y en libros y tesis—por ejemplo me citan en esta tesis sobre matrimonios chinos en Singapur.

No siempre te cita quien te esperas. Más bien nunca, porque con la experiencia adquirida de años no esperas que nadie te cite, sobre todo si no has entrado en un club de apoyos mutuos o casa de citas. Pero bueno, una cita es una cita, sobre todo ahora que no ligamos tanto, y menos en Singapur. Mis citas las voy coleccionando en este post: Algunas publicaciones académicas que me citan. Entre ellas, no me quejaré, también aparecen narratólogos como Porter Abbott, Brian Richardson, o Rimmon-Kenan. De pasada—Aquí está la segunda edición de Narrative Fiction.

Hasta en China y en chino me citan, no sé si lo he dicho. Mis índices en Google Scholar andan así a fecha de hoy. De bajitos:

En Queen's College

Incluyen un enlace a mi bibliografía en la página de teoría y crítica literaria de Queen's College. Que está en Nueva York, aunque allí no haya reinas.

Vaya, observo que (como tantas otras veces) es la única fuente que incluyen made in Spain, y desde luego la única de ese tamaño hecha por un solo autor. Tendría que decírselo a la Aneca, o a la CNEAI, pero para qué.

Ask ME

Ya sabía que me habían puesto un enlace en Ask (creo que es el antiguo AskJeeves, o lo incorpora), en su versión portal temático-enciclopédico, sección de crítica literaria (en inglés). Y ahora descubro con cierto agrado que tengo otro en la versión española de este portal, esta vez en el artículo sobre Literatura inglesa. Que es en concreto lo que dozo y enseño, así que es un cierto reconocimiento. A pie de página me encontrarán, entre las referencias está mi bibliografía; de momento no me han incluido entre los principales hombres de letras ingleses. ¿Que es un sitio generalista? Vale, pero déjenme que me haga ilusión. Después de todo, tampoco veo por allí a tantos de mis colegas.

En la Enciclopedia China

Salgo enlazado, sale mi bibliografía, digo, en la Wikipedia china. En el artículo sobre "Teoría literaria occidental", junto a todos esos clásicos que yo solía explicar cuando daba clases de Historia de la Crítica Literaria, el siglo pasado. Déjenme que me haga una foto.

Claro que no estoy a título de clásico con barbas, sino de "enlace externo", eh... que I'm still standing!

Me enlazan la bibliografía que vengo haciendo desde los años 80, A Bibliography of Literary Theory, Criticism and Philology, en KWS Net, un directorio que reúne recursos seleccionados para una multitud de disciplinas académicas y temas de estudio. Aquí está la página de Crítica Literaria y Teoría Literaria, en su última actualización, con montones de sitios útiles, y con mi bibliografía en primera plana... por razones alfabéticas, supongo. Pero hay que admitir que no estoy en mala compañía:

    • Journals - A comprehensive list of literary journals with an online presence, from Agni toZYZZYVA. We pride ourselves on having the most extensive and refined yet avant-garde collection of such links on the web.
    • Illinois Literary Network (ILN): A site devoted to literary links specifically for the state of Illinois.
    • Illinois Writer's Directory (IWD): Information found here can be used to invite participating authors to readings, workshops, or to learn more about the authors living within the state.
